A suburb of Adelaide's inner south that's really punching above its weight

When we often hear people talking about the inner southern suburbs of Adelaide they quite often refer to places such as Unley, Park Side and Hyde Park.  A location not to far away from these beautiful parts of Adelaide that has really starting hitting the spot lights with huge property value growth is Daw Park in the council district of Mitcham.  It is only 8 kilometres from the city itself and with all the public transportation so close by getting in and out of the Adelaide has never been easier.

With many of the older properties situated on 1000 square metre plus sized blocks you will often find home owners renovating rather then paying stamp duty and relocation costs to move to another part of South Australia such as Clapham, Melrose Park and Edwarstown.

As licensed plumbers and gasfitters we quite often get asked to help out with various plumbing tasks, whether it be a hot water repair (chromagen, bosch, rinnai and rheem) or hot water installations (dux, aqua max and raypak), hydro jetting of a blocked drain, backflow valve testing, stopping a leaking toilet or emergency after hours requests there is no end of work for us and of course tradesmen in the area.

With constant speculation surrounding the repatriation hospital (shown below) this inner city suburb is one to keep and eye on.  The hospital currently occupies a large portion of Daw Park on the corner of Goodwood Road and Daws Road and if one day the hospital does close this land is certain to chopped up into small parcels and snapped up fast by eager home buyers who would like to live in this inner southern suburb of Adelaide.
